    HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?

    Simply browse through our large range of cricket gear on our easy to use website. When you see an item that you would like to purchase from IXU, select the appropriate size and quantity, then click the 'Add to Basket' button. This will save what you have selected while you continue to shop. When you have added all the items you wish to purchase, click on the 'checkout' button at the top of the page. You should then verify that the items in your basket are correct. If you are ready to make a purchase you will need to enter your billing and delivery details, and finally your payment details. Once this process is complete you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.

     

    WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES IXU ACCEPT?

    We accept payment by all major credit cards.

     

    HOW SECURE IS MY PAYMENT?

    For your security, every single order goes through a security check. The security check has been put in place due to increase anti credit card fraud procedures and identifies multiple orders within a short space of time. All new orders are checked to ensure they are not fraudulent or a duplicate. If your order fails to complete the security check we will contact you by email or phone to request additional information so that we can validate your order. Please make sure you are supplying the correct billing name/address information so we can deal with your order quickly.

     

    DO THE PRICES ON IXU EQUIPMENT INCLUDE VAT?

    Yes, all prices are inclusive of VAT

     

    WHY HAS FULL PAYMENT BEEN TAKEN STRAIGHT AWAY?

    It is standard international bank practice. Once your payment details have been entered, your bank will place an authorisation against the full order amount. This will show as a pending transaction on your account (unavailable funds).

     

    WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

    Following on from the question above, we will capture funds just before stock is ready to be shipped.

     

    ARE MY DETAILS RETAINED FOR FUTURE ORDERS?

    We do keep records of your NAME /ADDRESS and records of previous orders. If you have ordered previously via the website you should have a login with which you can place an order quickly and efficiently.

     

    WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRICE OF AN ITEM HAS CHANGED, AFTER IT IS ORDERED BUT BEFORE IT’S SHIPPED TO ME?

    Due to exchange rates that variy on a daily basis, it is normal business that our selling prices may change on a regular basis. If you are in the process of purchasing an item on our website and you enter the key to proceed to checkout then that will be the final price that you will be liable for.
